ARUN MADHOK

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Backed by decades of experience in the airline and computer industries, Arun spearheaded the S$184 million year-long modernisation programme of Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre in 2012.

He was instrumental in planning and implementing changes which were central to the Centre's strategy of building on its well-established status as a leader of the industry, and "The Preferred Place To Meet" in Singapore and Asia.

Arun's strong track record and expertise in successful change management and strategic planning has led to significant growth for the business while ensuring the highest level of service excellence and value for clients.

BIBIANA LAU

SENIOR DIRECTOR, SALES

Bibiana is responsible for driving business growth by strengthening Suntec Singapore’s sales initiatives and implementing sound strategies to boost sales performance.

She is also accountable for enhancing revenue growth in the traditional MICE segments of the venue’s core business.

Under Bibiana's dedicated leadership, Suntec Singapore has secured and hosted several prominent events over the years including International Society of Magnetic Resonance in Medicine (ISMRM) Annual Meeting and Exhibition, International Dental Exhibition & Meeting (IDEM) 2014-2018, ESMO Asia 2015-2018 and Strata + Hadoop World 2015-2017.

GRACE YANG

HEAD OF OPERATIONS

Grace has dedicated over two decades to Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre and now leads as Head of Operations. 

In this role, she oversees the Centre’s full spectrum of operational functions, driving efficiency, innovation, and excellence across facilities, logistics, and support services to ensure seamless event delivery and uphold Suntec’s position as Asia’s preferred MICE venue

Throughout her career at Suntec, Grace has held progressive leadership roles including Senior Director – HR, Business Solutions & Operations, and Director of Human Resources. With deep expertise in both operations and human capital management, she has been instrumental in developing integrated business solutions, strengthening organisational capabilities, and driving transformation across the Centre..

Her leadership has also been recognised with numerous accolades, including the Human Capital Partnership Programme by MOM, the Plaque of Commendation (Gold) by NTUC for fostering strong union relations, the U-Safe Sparks Award, Employer of Choice Asia, Asia’s Best Employer Brands Award, and the Sparks of Hope Award from SCORE under the Yellow Ribbon Project.

KENNETH CHEW

FINANCE DIRECTOR

Kenneth brings nearly two decades of financial leadership experience to his role at Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre. 

As Finance Director, he is responsible for shaping the Centre’s financial strategy, ensuring accuracy in reporting and compliance, and driving fiscal sustainability to support long-term growth and operational excellence.

Before joining Suntec, Kenneth was Head of Finance at Constellar, where he oversaw group financial reporting, strategic planning, and business combinations. He also spent more than a decade at StarHub, progressing through senior finance leadership roles and playing a key role in strengthening group reporting and implementing international financial reporting standards (IFRS).

DANIEL ANG

SENIOR DIRECTOR, OPERATIONS

Daniel heads the day-to-day management of the largest division at Suntec Singapore. Under his care, the Operations division includes Food Production, Banquet Operations, Facilities Management, Housekeeping, Stewarding, Security, Logistics, Information Technology and AV Services.

His extensive experience in the MICE industry spans key focus areas including event conceptualisation, structural production, logistics planning, and project management.

Before leading the Operations team, Daniel was responsible for securing key events as part of the Exhibition Sales team. He was also part of the Business Development team, evaluating and developing key initiatives for Suntec Singapore.
