ARUN MADHOK

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Backed by decades of experience in the airline and computer industries, Arun spearheaded the S$184 million year-long modernisation programme of Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre in 2012.

He was instrumental in planning and implementing changes which were central to the Centre's strategy of building on its well-established status as a leader of the industry, and "The Preferred Place To Meet" in Singapore and Asia.

Arun's strong track record and expertise in successful change management and strategic planning has led to significant growth for the business while ensuring the highest level of service excellence and value for clients.

 

LI ZHONG HUI

DIRECTOR, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

As head of Business Development, Zhong Hui develops new initiatives for Suntec Singapore, driving technological innovations and optimising business delivery.

He also oversees the management reporting function, formulating the strategic roadmap and business plan to chart and pursue new growth opportunities.

Zhong Hui graduated with First Class Honours in Bachelor of Accountancy at Nanyang Technological University, and completed his Master of Business Administration from Nanyang Business School.


C.H. KONG

SENIOR DIRECTOR, MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS

CH heads the digital out-of-home media sales portfolio for Suntec Singapore which includes marketing The Big Picture, the world’s largest HD video wall.

Previously, he was also responsible for marketing activities such as corporate communications, advertising, PR, business research and social media development. Before joining Suntec Singapore, he had over 20 years of experience in sales & marketing, business development and general management across various industries.

He also has a proven track record in driving new business sectors and start-ups. He helped establish SBF-PICO, a joint venture between Singapore Business Federation and Pico Art, that was responsible for the successful organisation of high-profile, international conferences.

 

BIBIANA LAU

SENIOR DIRECTOR, SALES

Bibiana is responsible for driving business growth by strengthening Suntec Singapore’s sales initiatives and implementing sound strategies to boost sales performance.

She is also accountable for enhancing revenue growth in the traditional MICE segments of the venue’s core business.

Under Bibiana's dedicated leadership, Suntec Singapore has secured and hosted several prominent events over the years including International Society of Magnetic Resonance in Medicine (ISMRM) Annual Meeting and Exhibition, International Dental Exhibition & Meeting (IDEM) 2014-2018, ESMO Asia 2015-2018 and Strata + Hadoop World 2015-2017.


DANIEL ANG

SENIOR DIRECTOR, OPERATIONS

Daniel heads the day-to-day management of the largest division at Suntec Singapore. Under his care, the Operations division includes Food Production, Banquet Operations, Facilities Management, Housekeeping, Stewarding, Security, Logistics, Information Technology and AV Services.

His extensive experience in the MICE industry spans key focus areas including event conceptualisation, structural production, logistics planning, and project management.

Before leading the Operations team, Daniel was responsible for securing key events as part of the Exhibition Sales team. He was also part of the Business Development team, evaluating and developing key initiatives for Suntec Singapore.

 

 

CHU PAU WAH

SENIOR DIRECTOR, FACILITIES DEVELOPMENT

One of the longest-serving staff with more than 30 years of experience in design, construction and management of buildings, Mr Chu was part of the Suntec Singapore’s pre-opening management team in 1994.

Since then, he has held several appointments, which include leading the Facilities Management and Operations teams. Mr Chu was instrumental in preparing the venue to host world-class events such as the 1996 Inaugural WTO Ministerial Conference and 2006 IMF/World Bank Annual Meeting.

He was also a key driver during the Suntec Singapore's modernisation programme in 2012, leading asset enhancement initiatives as a technical advisor for facilities and systems.
